WELLE Group held the 2020 annual meeting on Feb.4th. Due to the epidemic situation, this year's meeting was performed by online live broadcasting. Despite the challenges of COVID-19 in the past year, WELLE Group still achieved good results in 2020.
First, CEO of the Group, Mr. Zong Tao reviewed the work in 2020. In the past year, WELLE has realized steady growth in terms of revenue, new contract, net asset, payment collection and related key indicators through continuous efforts. Mr. Zong Tao also deployed business plan for 2021 and put forward ten key tasks in the following year including digital upgrading, R&D team building, enhancing cooperation with strategic partners, etc.
The achievements and development of the group are inseparable from the contributions of business units and subsidiaries. Representatives from Water Business Unit, Solid Waste Business Unit, Nanjing Doule and German subsidiary EUWELLE made work summary report to review the achievements and new plans for 2021.
Chairman of the Group, Mr. Li Yuezhong delivered a speech in the theme of “Concentration, Execution and Continuous Innovation”, which indicated new development strategies of the group in the new year. He mentioned that, 2021 is the year for WELLE to implement management innovation and digital technology upgrading. The group will continue to stick to the “1+1+N” strategy: “One core business: focusing on organic waste utilization, one empowerment platform and N core business incubation sectors.”
The group will focus on the market segments of organic waste utilization and deeply dig into customer demand and create customer value; Through digital transformation and continuous innovation, project costs will be reduced and efficiency will be enhanced to improve corporate execution; The promotion of continuous innovation ability is expected to form the core competitiveness of technology and industry collaboration in multi field market segments, so as to achieve a win-win situation. He also emphasized that, higher requirements are put forward for the rapid growth of the new generation and WELLE is willing to provide young people with a platform for innovation and growth.
